76-FriendClub會員規則

本會員規則對 ArthurStudio Group Ltd.(“本會”)運作之”76-FriendClub”之所有會員均有約束力。經登記成為本會會員，申請人即同意接受本會會員規則（包括不時生效之條款及條件）約束。

會籍：
1. 申請入會人士須填妥申請表格。本會保留絕對權利，拒絕接受任何會籍的申請，而無須給予任何理由；
2. 申請人須詳細填妥所有申請表格上必須讀填寫的項目並提供真實而準確的詳細資料。本會將不會處理任何不完整或不準確的表格；
3. 所有會籍有效期至2021年12月31日；本會保留絕對權利修改“76-FriendClub”的架構、利益及本會會員規則，並以其合適的任何方式通知會員上述之更改。而所有會員須受該等已更改的會員規則約束；
4. 行為不檢、詐騙、不當便用本公司“76-FriendClub”會員卡的利益或未能遵從本會規則將可導致其會籍被即時終止。本會保留絕對權利（不論是否發出通知）終止任何會籍。本會將不會承擔因此而引起的損失或損害。
5. 本會保留絕對權利於任何時間，在合理可行的情況下，透過給予合理的通知，終止“76-FriendClub”之運作，無須給與理由。會員之一切權利及優惠即告終止。本會將不會承擔因此而引起的損失或損害。
6. 會員對本會之組織，運作或管理無權參與，亦對本會之任何財產無任何追索權。

會員優惠：
1. 會員將會以電子郵件, 論壇短消息, 或論壇公告方式獲取本公司最新資訊及優惠；
2. 會員須向“76-FriendClub”提供有關其最新的電郵地址或最新聯絡方法如“Whatsapp”, “Signal”等之確實詳情。本會不會就因會員未能通知“76-FriendClub”有關其已更改電郵地址或聯絡方法而導致的任何損失承擔任何責任；
3. 並非所有會員均有資格參與所有活動。本會保留對會員參與任何特別推廣活動的權利施加年齡及其他限制。而所有參加推廣活動之會員皆須接受本會於提供該等活動時訂明之任何特定條款及條件限制。
4. 部分會員活動可能只供18歲以上會員參與。

資料私穩：
1. “76-FriendClub”會員只接受十三歲或以上人士申請，十八歲以下之人士如欲申請，應先徵求家長或監護人同意，否則不應向本公司提供任何個人資料

《個人資料(私穩)條例》(“該條例”) 的主要規定已於一九九六年十二月二十日生效。本聲明目的為列出ArthurStudio Group Ltd (本公司)根據該條例承擔之責任及所採取的

個人資料
本公司持有各會員之資料，包括姓名、電話號碼、出生日期、性別、地址、電郵地址、會員卡號碼、職業、惠顧次數和賬單的資料，以及為提供本公司各項服務所需要的其他資料。

用途
會員個人資料及其他資料可被用作與下列有關之所有或任何用途：
1. 申請、終止及延續“76-FriendClub”會籍；
2. 客戶服務之日常運作；
3. 進行客戶、產品及服務調查、研究及分析；
4. 在該條例許可的範圍之下，直接促銷產品、宣傳本公司及服務；
5. 市場推廣；
6. 處理及跟進客戶服務要求、投訴及查詢；
7. 核實相關會員之身份;
8. 根據適用於本公司的條例要求而作出披露及任何與上述有直接關連之事項；
9. 任何經有關會員不時同意之其他用途。

個人資料之轉移
本公司會將會員資料保密，但有可能把有關資料提供予：
1、ArthurStudio Group Ltd的附屬公司及聯營公司；
2、法定機構 (在若干關於處理客戶投訴及查詢之情況下)；
3、有關本公司在根據本公司具法律約束力的規定下而有責任作出披露的任何人士；
5、任何對本公司負有保密責任的人士。

The following Membership Rules are binding on all Members of ”76-FriendClub”(“76FC”) operated by ArthurStudio Group Ltd.(“ASGL”). By submitting application to become a Member, the Applicant agrees to be bound by the following Membership Rules (as may from time to time be in force)

upon becoming a Member of the Club.

Membership :

  1. Persons wishing to apply to become Members must complete the application form. ASGL reserves the right to reject any application for membership in its sole discretion and without giving any reasons;
  2. An Applicant must complete all mandatory fields on the application form in full and the Applicant must provided true and accurate information. ASGL will not process any incomplete or inaccurate forms;
  3. All Membership is valid unit 31 December, 2020; ASGL reserves absolute right to modify 76-FriendClub structures, benefits and rules , in ASGL’s sole discretion and may notify Members of such amendments in any manner as it considers fit . The Members will be bound by such amendments upon which the amendments are to take effect;
  4. Misconduct, fraud, misuse of “76-FriendClub” benefits or failure to follow these Rules may result in the immediately termination of memberships. ASGL reserves absolute right with or without notice to terminate any Member’s Membership, ASGL will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from;
  5. ASGL reserves absolute rights to terminate “76-FriendClub” Membership at any time upon reasonable notice, where reasonable possible, without giving any reasons. All rights and privileges of Members shall cease and ASGL will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from;
  6. Members have no rights to participate in the constitution, operation or management of the 76FC nor any right in or any claim or any assets of the 76FC.

Member Privileges:

  1. Members will obtain updated news and privileges of ASGL through email;
  2. Members are responsible for keeping “76-FriendClub” updated on their correct email address. ASGL is not responsible for any loss as a result of a Member’s failure to notify “76-FriendClub” a change of e-mail address;
  3. Not all members will be eligible to participate in all Promotions and ASGL may from time to time impose age and other constraints on the rights of Members to participate in any particular Promotion. Members taking part in any Promotion shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by any specific terms and conditions which may be imposed by the “76-FriendClub” in relation to such offers and services.
  4. Some member activities may only be available for members over 18 years of age.

Data Privacy :

  1. “76-FriendClub” only accept application from 13-year-old or above. If you are under 18-year-old and want to apply, you are required to ask your parents or guardians’ permission before apply, otherwise you should not provide any personal information for the application.

Privacy Policy Statement

The main provisions of the Ordinance came into force on 20th December, 1996. This circular sets out the obligations and polices of ArthurStudio Group Ltd (“ASGL”) under the Ordinance.

Personal Data

We hold details of our Members, including names, contact numbers, date of birth, gender, address, email address, VIP card numbers, occupation and information about patronage frequency and billing, together with other information which may be necessary for the provision of our services.

Purpose

Personal Data and information relating to a Member may be used to facilitate or in connection with any and all the following purposes:
1. application, termination and renewal of the 76-FriendClub membership;
2. daily operation of our services;
3. conducting customer, product and service surveys, researches, and or analysis;
4. subject to the requirements of the Ordinance, promotion of products and services;
5. direct marketing;
6. handling and following up service calls, customers’ complaints and enquiries;
7. verifying of the relevant Member’s identity;
8. meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on ASGL; and matter directly related thereto;
9. any other purposes which the relevant Member may from time to time agree.

Transfer of Personal Data

Personal Data held by us relating to Members will be kept confidential but we may provide such information for:
1. subsidiaries and associated companies within ArthurStudio Group Ltd;
2. any agent, contractor or third parties service provider who provides services to ASGL in connection with the operation of our business;
3. the media (in relation to the handling of customer complaints and inquiries in certain situations);
4. any person to whom ASGL is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on ASGL;
5. any person who owes a duty of confidentiality to ASGL.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

Requests for access to data or correction of data should be in writing, by mail, fax or email to:

ASGL has right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.

 

If you do not wish to get any promotional materials other than those relevant to our service, please write to our Customer Service Department (Stating your VIP Card number, name, address and email address) so that ASGL can, at no cost, stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
